Considering building a slatted building to house 80-100 spring calving cows around 700kg. Would be useful to have a straw area to put them on as they calve. Also would want to keep all the previous years calves 80-100 on the slats once they come in average 300kg. Weaned out at grass so a creep gate system not required. What sizes are people working to and any photos of some systems similar to this that work well. Thanks.
