Hi all,
I am a furniture designer that has been tasked with making a bedside lamp specifically for farmers, so I was interested in what you do to start and finish the day, e.g. waking up before your alarm, what time do you wake up (depending on if your a dairy farmer vs. agri), how you relax in the evenings and whether you try and avoid using lights in the room to avoid waking your partner or what you have on your bedside table currently (clock, books phone..). Basically anything to do with how you get to sleep or whether exercise / good diet contributes/ hinders this.
