Slewtic Brush Bucket

Recently bought a second hand slewtic brush bucket, it had loader tractor brackets on, just swapped it to manitou and fitted it on our 634.

It doesn't seem to have much power, put ant weight on it and it just stops but seems to spin fast with no weight on, any ideas? I've attached a photo of the drive motor?

Maybe your quick release fittings are not compatible with either other?

does your 634 have the optional flow control knob for the aux? that may be turned down?

or you may need to screw that valve on the motor in a bit?

Firstly the hyd motor could be badly worn as it slows down when under load. Or the motor mounted pressure relief valve is faulty. Checked the Manitou flow and pressure checked before you start looking at the brush motor. Don't play "parts darts" as it's an expensive game to play.

634 runs an 8ft shear grab and a sand dispenser no problem.!

We have jcb 524 wr can try it on, to discount the loadall!

Just wondered what that valve block did?

I’m with fergiman the motor looks like a high speed low torque to me.

I’ll get the motor number off mine tomorrow to compare.

It's a Danfoss OMP style motor not sure of displacement. Carefully remove the yellow paint from the ID plate and find the part number start 151- followed by four numbers.

Doesn’t a shallow segment under the end cap mean high speed?
