sliding door gear recommendations?

We are looking to rebuild the old parlour sliding doors. Just a bit of 18mm ply and 6x2 was the plan as we have it laying about anyway. Doors are 8'x4' with two on one track to meet in the middle.

I priced up one lot of track and rollers which came to 400 quid! Perhaps I was going too heavy. Any online recommendations from experience on here?

Many thanks

Just had another ring me back: £180 odd quid which makes it a bit more feasible, rather that than the usual bodge!
Good quality running gear will probably work every single time you open and close the door.
Poor quality running gear may be a curse that lasts until you replace it.

I am not a sliding door salesman, just an ordainary farmer who has had this experience.
