Goin to slide 20ft gate into yard entrance. Plan to make gate as diagram below wit 50mm box frame with angle welded to box to bolt space board into as quiet windy location. Planning to have it Galv dipped and wondering will galv go in between where angle is tacked to box or will I have rust weepin out n time to come? Space Sheeting is to add privacy to yard also. Is there a better alternative to box angle arrangement or indeed to space boarding?

Will have rust if not painting it. Use angle instead of box or weld flat onto box with a 2mm gap to let galv in between welds

Make a frame out of box drill right threw it to bolt space board to face of box then get it galvanized and it'll be done inside and out then bolt all space boards on
Would prefer to leave frame show and think 100mm would look well? Would 100x50 mm angle be strong enough for gate frame? Plan on making it n two 10ft sections an bolt together.
