I will post a photo tomorrow. To do it I think a carbide tipped endmill/slot drill will be required, KV metal does not machine that well, though laser cut may be ok, if the tops of the holes are left as drilled.

Evening,
wide one is 3 " long, narrow 2.5" they were put in by previous owner, but seem to work ok.You will need some method of lifting them, screw thread is by far the best, if you like, when I have rebuilt my plough I will send you photos of that. If doing any welding on your plough, use stainless rods or Mig wire, routile rods dont go well, seem to change to cast iron in the joint, not all that strong!

You running 25s now Harry rather than the supers

Will be , if I can make them work! Have a few people who can help there though so I live in hope. I had the chance to change, and it was a now or never thing, so I took the plunge. Doing the change has, however
shown up a bent front leg, which I couldn`t correct with shimming (well spacing!) the frog, it had gone in two directions!
Another factor is that I have plenty of good practise land available, so should be able to iron out all the faults before matches start.

murphy and coakley over here have changed as well, 25 are a good bit ahead on grass ,i think supers are better on stubble
Being very much in my "Twilight years", and having done a very poor job at Nocton, something had to be done. A once in a lifetime chance presented its self in my suddenly being able to finance the change, another bit of good news was the being allowed the use of a large flat field for practise.
