Slow picture upload

I have posted regarding this before but it just took maybe 20mins plus to upload three photos from my iphone8s using safari. The pictures were taken using said phone so not particularly big I don’t think.

Is it just me? Using WiFi with a bb upload speed of a reliable 1.6Mbps.
