Maybe not in the right place but what are people paying for slug pellets?
Chiltern appeal or chiltern attract?

Too much, a french manufacturer rep ( Claude somebody, they are all called that are they not) was of the opinion that 3% 2mm pellets were too small to carry enough active to kill a slug. Use either 4% or 2.5mm 3% was his opinion.
I am biased and reckon that from the days when 8kg of 5% meta trials only killed 60% of slugs its time you looked for something different. We used to use 4kg 5% and reckoned we got 40-50% kill in field. Any less than 90-95% kill of a target popn is not good enough and basically you are feeding and breeding them and other views in the press seem to agree that there is a case of shy feeding. As in having had a bellyache they aint gonna try that again. Maybe fits with what you are seeing.

Hi
I don't have a problem with the pellets they seem to give a good kill I'm just after what price people are paying for them.
Thanks

I might not have the latest app but as I view it the chemical price tracker lives in 'stickies' third from the top of this cropping section.
