Slurry mixing

Anybody got any experience of using this type of machine to mix a slatted tank compared with a normal slurry mixer/pump.

No use in a narrow tank needs a wide tank or store

Tanks 20ft wide. But has pillars, only have 1 pump atm. So plan was to buy another pump for opposite corner but then saw this a was wondering.

Pump flow can be directed into corners( maybe) cannot change flow off propeller

Hi Spec have a new 3850 gal/min pump with the same headstock design as that that whisk. Smart design as PTO can be left on between jobs and no need for a toplink so very easy to attach. In addition the height of the jetter is hydraulically variable, so can direct slurry where it is needed, directly at and in line with the crust. IMO this is the best combination of both of the common slurry pump designs on the UK and Irish market.

Have used a mixit lagoon mixer in a slatted tank along with a pump and a whisk. Had to lift a few slats to get it in but no pump will mix as quickly or as well as the mixit

the mixit stirrer needs a min size of 80cmsq. the two stage impeller is 62cm diameter. 80 to 200hp!
just the tube, auger and impeller are in the slurry. NO submerged bearings or framework.

We have redrock pump and always have been pleased with it
