Slurry tanker dribble bar

Have seen the video but my point is when you have a display stand it would be nice to be able to see the inner workings and have a poke at it in the flesh so to speak.
On their stand at the ploughing match they had one open . They usually prefer to have one open to show everybody how simple it is , compared to the competition , the knife set is also only about 20% of the cost of other machines knives.

Is there such a thing a a dribble bar with rubber/plastic boots on the end of the pipes to trail along the ground? A halfway house between a trailing shoe and DB. I like the concept of the trailing shoe putting the slurry closer to the soil, its a cleaner job, but I don't like the extra weight on the tanker.

Does this mascerator have some form of air feed to help the slurry flow on down the pipes similar to vogelsang or mastek. It looks a good design

I totally agree with what you say but in reality we have to try and keep some of our good points secret as many of the men that will be looking to copy rather than buy , we did catch one of our opposition doing that very thing at a show recently , they dropped a customers enquiry form out of pocket when they climbed up on the chair to see it !! they were well caught

Agquip use rubber boots.
Not that much on their website but the contact details are there.

Slurryquip seems to be the only one that keeps the dribble bar as close to the back of the tanker as possible. The dribbles that mounted on the back door are bound to effect the balance of the tanker, especially those that weren't design to carry them. Head up a steep hill with half a load and I'm pretty sure the drawbar will be lifting.

We have changed a few over to chassis mounted with great results ,these customers are finding them much smoother on the road with no drawbar hopping as well as better field traction .

Agquip boots on the Slurryquip chassis mounted concept would be the ideal design. The layflat hoses tend to splatter the slurry on the ground on the Mastek units that I have seen in operation. Agquip dribble bars leave the neatest result in the field of all dribble bars due to the tapered and oval/rectangular shape of the boot. Even though, from what I have seen of the Slurryquip, the layflat pipes seem to be slightly longer and slightly trailing the ground which may potentially give a similar effect to the Agquip boot design. Where can the agquip type boots be bought generically ? I assume they are from some Dutch or German system originally but haven't googled them much yet. Mastek have patents out on their macerator, yet to me the design is the exact same as Alrena units save that the Mastek cutter heads are serrated. I notice that Agquip have designed and are manufacturing their own macerator now as well.

We have looked at boots but went away from the idea as we were worried that with the height we need to run bar at being to high department may not classify us as a true deibble bar . We also had possible issues with the boots striking the ground and either falling of our been torn. Its a difficulat one to please everyone , we think we can crack it soon though.

Agquip Mount their tanker dribble bar on the chassis too as far as I know? Problem solved

Their macerator is also incredibly simple, they have a good system

Hello,
Long time lurker here but have been following this forum for a long time. Anyone have any experience with the Bomech system used by cross on their dribble bars?
