Looking for a small car trailer, unbraked, 750kg gross, 9’ x 5’ single axle, 2ft sides, tailgate etc. Nothing special but don’t want Halfords special.

Any recommendations?

Nugent would be my choice, we bought a new 8x4 tandem last year with mesh sides and can't complain. It was a better spec, better finish and cheaper than the Ifor we looked at.
Avoid Indespension's economy range, Erde or whatever they're called this week, unless it's very occasional use.

Graham Edwards , am on the third one , 8/4 twin axle unbraked 750 kg gross

Why on the 3rd if they’re that good?

They’re only down the road from me but never heard of them. Also don’t trust companies that don’t put address on the website. Have you got one?

9x5 on a single axle is a very od size,,the more body weight the less it can legally carry .
take it you haven't got your towing licence

9’ x 5’ to get a full size square bale in easily. We’d get away with 8’6” and 4’6” I suppose. Needs to be small enough to push easily around stable yards, which rules out our bigger trailer. Also harvest students can put diesel tank and bale string etc if they haven’t got license.

Nope, personally I don’t have one, but have borrowed one from.a mate and it seemed just the job. No idea what the company is like to deal with though.
