Small grant scheme

New to applying for grants and this has been my first one I applied back before the deadline and it had all gone through okay, I’m just wandering do you get an email or anything to say you haven’t been successful for the grant? Or does anyone know if they have started or maybe even finished processing the grants ? I only wondered as the other day I happened to see a large mobile cattle handling system on the road and made me think looks like somthing you’d get on a grant, hopefully someone could shed some light, also was hoping if I haven’t been accepted for it as I found a decent cheap second hand crush which would be ideal but not wanting to buy it incase I get the grant and get a new ome

cheers will

You will get an email telling you one way or the other.
You will get the opportunity to not take it up, even if it's offered, so you could get the second hand one if you wanted it rather than new.

Cheers yeh I’d prefer to get new it’s just there’s a few other pieces on the application so fingers crossed I get it all I just wondered if I knew I wasn’t going to get it I’d buy the second hand one rather then letting the chance go by thanks

You will either get everything, or nothing.
You can't pick and choose bits of your application unfortunately.
I'd hang tight for now.

Yes very true I’m sure there will be a few around, was cheap and down the road! Yeah I know you can’t buy until grant has been accepted and got to be new, yeh that’s it I know everything had to be bought not bits and pieces, yeh like I said was just intrested to see if anyone had been accepted yet and if you’d know one way or the other

Not everyone has heard yet but no need to panic. The RPA are encouraging everyone to speak with suppliers asap regards lead times. Some are filling up already. Arrowquip cattle crushes are a good bet to get delivery well within the deadline.
