Small quantity hay supplier needed Aberdeenshire - Huntly area.

As the topic title says I am looking for a hay supplier for our first months in Aberdeenshire to get us through fall and winter. Anyone know someone willing to deliver just a couple of heston or round bales? For round could also collect single ones if that works.

I might know someone from near Keith who could help. Not sure if he still supplies hay etc will find out.

I have last season hay in 4ft rounds. Wife is feeding it to her horses so apparently it’s acceptable. No ragwort. I’m just of the A96 near Colpy.

Thanks @Farmer Fin and @Chae1 appreciate the help.

Just been informed by my wife of the error I overlooked, square bales are easier to dose as slices can be taken off as "measured" quantities. Will keep round in mind though as Colpy is only 6 miles from our future location.

You might have better luck on the Highland/North East Facebook pages. Find one and ask for referrals. There will be a local network amongst smaller farmers/horsey folk.
