Small scale turkey processing

Looking to perhaps rear some turkeys for Christmas ( only say 20 ) anybody no the rules and regs with regards to small scale processing . Can’t easily find anything on the net . Looking to sell some into the local market Xmas auction . Do you need premises inspected ‘ slaughter licences ‘ training ?
