Small solar panel on house

Hi,
I'm new here and would just like to share my journey, I hope people here are from the UK as well as I am, I am also a DIYer so my setup is done by myself.

I am on day 47 of my small solar array that I have installed that consists of just 2 panels producing at max capacity 250w. In 47 days I have produced 78.2kw per electric saving me around £12.47 (small change) on my household bills, obviously, this is only during the day as I have no battery system installed just yet, plus I have also a hot tub which we put on yet we don't use for some reason? (it's off during the week, on for Friday/Saturday/Sunday).

I am adding an additional panel to my small setup which is another 100w panel. Hoping to bring up total capacity at 350w.

Of course, this is a very small array considering what most people have. I am slowly trying to build my array up to 10 panels at what I am hoping to be 1500w in total. This will serve me near all day (with no exporting back to the grid just lowing bills).

With solar panels, I am picking up bargains monocrystals (I think that's correct)? for only £88 per 100w at the moment on the bay or Amazon.

I know I'm rambling here, but I want to share my story, I am putting these south facing on my garage at the moment, If I build up properly I will build them on my roof too. My goal is to have a very low-cost electric bill - Our boiler is brand new Worchestor AAA+ rated and costs only £4 per week to service (even in winter also!)

You say you have produced 78 units saving yourself £12.47, how do you know this electricity has not been exported?
If you are not claiming FITs it may be you are better off using solar heating panels as opposed to power generation.
However the good news is that, the smaller your generating capacity, the greater your chance of using a higher proportion of the power produced. As you install grows then your use will drop
