Wasn't sure where to post this but I'm looking for a small dry workshop with services ( electric, wifi hopefully, some sort of heating, toilet , tea and biscuit area etc ) to use initially for storage but hopefully within a month or two as a workshop and a friendly rural environment would really suit. I'm downsizing from a pressurized job because I now can, and looking to set up a small business to utilise my existing contacts and keep my ambitious mind going.
This needs to be maximum 10 miles from Knaresborough , North Yorkshire ( Harrogate, Lower Nidderdale, Boroughbridge, maybe Ripon ) and could be a small unit on a rural industrial estate, an outbuilding on a farm or even maybe a large private leanto or garage . I really don't know what's out there so anything considered. Cheap is really, really useful initially as this is very much a startup. Would need to be agreeable to visitors to the business and tolerant of a young friendly jack russell who may/will be an occasional/regular companion.
Size? About 600 - 800 sq ft.
