I would cut it all down into piles ready to chip, and then hire a decent diesel chipper for a day or 2. You can chip a serious amount of brash in a day if its all ready for the chipper, as much as 2 people can throw at it all day.

Or if you prefer to own, get a tractor mounted one if you have access to a tractor.

The small petrol chippers like that are mere toys by comparison

No access into area that needs clearing for anything of any size….
Idea was that small chipper would work in situ….saving a lot of hand dragging out.
Fair enough it would be slow but the biggest most of the stuff would be max 25mm dia. and smaller.
Thoughts were to avoid Fire risk and long drag out.

Just a shade over budget….sadly!
Looked at them online and thought they looked the business..Honda engine is always a plus.
Once the initial battle is over…it could well stand in the shed for a year!

Any one got one like this?
any good?
Hyundai small petrol engines…..reliable?
To put it in context. A decent used eliet will cost more than that. They're a proper machine. Just a couple examples

Sure you can get small tracked chippers about 4ft wide.that would work I’m sure.garden chippers are ok for green stalky stuff but not really suitable for woody stuff.

Not my budget..
Thinking is a couple of hires…comes to near enough the price of buying a smaller version…
Which would be available for odd jobs as and when..
More hire investigation needed..
