Over 2 weeks no smoking:)
Feeling good, smelling better:LOL::LOL:
Still on my champix but I even forget to take them sometimes, but no cravings.
Thank you all for your support:)

In my mind you've got over the worst bit now,that first fortnight, stick to it now because you can do it and you will if you really want to.

It took over a year before I didn't have a craving every now and then, not because of any trigger I can think of,certainly not stressful situations, usually just relaxing watching the telly or something, I'm not one for going down the pub of a night,though of course that's banned now, that was the biggest failure when trying to stop previously.

If we go in to town,rarely, the smell of smokers on the street puts me off now, although I'm not sure it's all tobacco.:LOL:

Two years on 23rd July.

Good Stuff the Champix I used that the first time I gave up. (y) Has it give you wacky dreams yet?
this whas my 6th or 7th attempt with champix and this time around I ve had not side effects, when previously I was either in a killer rage or abject depression, I would sleep too much or have insomnia, the vivid dreams was the best part actuallyo_O
however the stopsmoking nurse told me just this monday that these pils are adictive,I m like 'you r telling me now? I ve been popping them like tic tacs:banghead:'? Which would explain many of the symptoms I had when I stopped taking them:dead:. Now I will have to be weaned off them like I m some crackhead:eek::eek:

Yes I feel I m almost there, I ve no cravings and I don t even think about smoking anymore
I do know that the pils I m taking are helping me, but I ve also changed my habits so that my life does not revolve around cigarettes like before, were every action throughout the day was punctuated by cigarettes breaks. (y)
I feel much stronger I had a few stressfull moments but I didn t even think about smoking.
So touching wood I m done with the fire sticks.
Congratulations on your stop smoking(y)

I'm sure it was with Champix they start you off gradually then full dose? I mentioned the coming off them to my Nurse and she had me do the Starter Doses in reverse.
