I had a bit of a relapse:oops::oops:
I went out last night for a few hours and and well it happened I did not want to(n)
I tried to resist but but I failed:cry::cry::cry:
In my defense .......I ve been soo good all week mostly because I was laid out in bed after a back injury and could not move as I was in so much pain, and after a week hold up in the house I developed cabin fever so...the voices in my head made me do it:nailbiting:
It s true and I ve a doctor certificate that says soo_O

Well well well look what the cat s dragged in:shifty: at this time of the night
Isn t there a socket you could stick your fingers in? Preferebly whilst having a bath??

;)
I had to stop taking the Champix this week as I was prescribed some strong antinflamatory and painkillers and the combination of pills was playing havoc with my liver and stomach. But back on track tomorrow. What I learned this week is that I can do it and I will(y)

I'm a month today off cigarettes! Have had one or two since but haven't had craving for any really. The ones I did have where only when in company and gave to me. I think I've only had 7 since then so hopefully in the next month it'll be even less
Well done. Maybe next time someone gives you one you could take it and say you'll save it for later (or say "no thanks, I've given up" ) (y)

Download the audio book “Allan Carr the easy way to stop smoking”
Listen to it more than once through headphones on your phone while at work or at home.
Will stop you straight away for at least 4 weeks with no side effects. After the first month it’s up to you not to slip up like me.

Might give it a look ( listen) (y)
Dont know what the attachment is it wont load

The whole thing is pretty much based around that craving is all mental not physical.
Long haul flights-you don’t really crave cigs until you are close to your destination. Your brain knows you can’t have one for say 10 hours so you don’t really crave them. If you tried to go 10 hours on land it would be very different because u know you can just light up.
