Software activation of Contour Assistant

Hi,

Seems that for some reason i didnt get the contour assistant on the latest software upgrade - do i have to take it back to the shop to get this activated, or is it possible to do over the air/myself? As far as i can see this should be free as long as you have a Novatel/Trimble receiver/VarioTerminal 10.4.

I've just had this upgrade and its a fantastic bit of software once you have figured out how to use it, it comes with no operating manual and there are very few you tube videos or anything on Fendts website that really explain what it is capable of !! I'm using on Trimble RP RTX and very pleased with pass to pass accuracy.

Sadly it is not free , you have to pay for this upgrade and your dealer will need to install it and supply the unlock code.

Ballpark 4to 5 hundred but see if your dealer has an offer on......I'd highly recommend it .... once you have figured out how to get the best from it all headlands are fully autosteer other than niggly sharp corners it really doesnt like them !

No I believe that is another upgrade and only available once on RTK .... hopefully father xmas might deliver it

Was thinking maybe activating at the same time if not too expense, know an estimate for that too?

Not a clue but go for it I will guarantee once you have mastered it you really won't regret it
