Not sure about cheapest but one of the best is Lancrop.

Much more important to get the correct analysis of the correct nutrients etc than be concerned about the cheapest place to get an answer.
Lancrop, NRM, Eurofins and probably others do more than the basic loam test and will over a period of time allow you to understand more about your soil than ph, p, k, mg & om.
If you get something a bit more expensive you can find out what isn’t available, which will I’m sure help you understand what is going on with your soil more than the cheapest one will.
