Ive got some of the above and some of them have a solud lump at the bottom, has freezing caused this and whats the best way to liquify it?

Decant a bit of the liquid, put the lid back on & shake like hell! The best solvent for it is the one it's formulated with. Failing that, put it in a warm place in the house for a few hours & repeat.

What generic is this? I somehow doubt it's Moddus or Alatus Evo
