Changed all my worn nozzles today and went to do jug test, put pressure to 3 bar but some nozzles took a while to start spraying on a couple of sections. What could be the problem?
Suction filter blocked?air leak or other problem?

if chem savers are air operated, check air line into the body is not leaking. Turn of engine, keep ignition on, switch off boom section control switches, turn on main spray switch then turn on each boom switch individually, get off and listen for air leak, could spray soapy water over air line and chem saver to show up leak.

Had a spare couple of new Chen savers so replaced the two worst ones messing around and touchwood seems to have done the trick so the others may just need a clean up as can’t really afford 48 new chemsavers!!

check diaphragms on non drip valves, some chemicals cause the diaphragms to swell and not work.
with the pump running slacken them off, then retighten untill they stop dripping, usually 2 finger tight should be ok.
Aviator expro is the worst chem I found for causing this.
