Are you FIT licensees as well? Always been with OPUS but jumped over to EDF Energy Export Tarrif which you have to lock in for 12 months

How long do you I have to wait for payments after meter readings with your products?

We aren't FiT Licensees and always advise to go to the big 6 for FiTs then we can look at the export tariff for you.

Payments are made the month after being setup on the new tariff.

We have a 10mw connection, with enough adjoining land for the battery containers, based in the East Midlands.
What sort of value would this be worth to the landowner?
Thanks

It depends on which way the deal will be structured - a JV or outright ownership of the battery storage systems generates the most revenue, whereas a simple lease of the land starts at circa £1,500 to £2,000 per MW. As prices re being driven down by the major players due to vast number of sites, we have created a packaged system to enhance the returns for the landowners. By all means email me to discuss further [email protected]

£5k pa per MW?

This figure was briefly available until the major investment company not only moved the goal posts, but simply took them of the playing field! The major investment players are driving down the costs and this includes the amount paid to landowners. This is because they are inundated with sites and existing connections, so they 'cherry pick' sites. Couple this with the same sites being offered to various companies in this sector, and it has created an oversupply situation, which as stated, is driving the costs downwards.

This has caused us a huge headache and we have had to look at complete new funding models to replace this loss of revenue and try and ensure the landowners, and us as developers, get a fair and equitable percentage of the revenue available.

The aggregators in the process take anywhere from 30% to 50% of the revenue available from battery storage enrolled in the Capacity Market and various DSR, then the major players take 90% - 95% of the balance of the revenue, leaving very little for landowners and other parties, such as us.
