Sore sheeps udder HELP!!

Had one like this this year, mastitis in one side so I lifted a lamb off, and she developed a sore like yours has @Becky1992 so I took the other lamb off her until the teat healed up and then chucked him back in as he wasn't cooperating with the bottle and the pair of them are away to grass now with no problems.
If there's milk both sides I would be tempted to let them in for a drink a couple of times a day and keep spraying the teat until it heals and she should be fine then

Heres a picture today when i checked this evening and has now gone black which wasn't like this morning?! Milk is coming out of teats.

Give it antibiotics, it's knackered as an udder, it'll go cold, most probably slough off. If it gets really bad it may be worth cutting into it to allow it to drain. BUT ONLY IF IT GOES STONE COLD, it's dead then with no feeling. Definitely a cull ewe if she survives.
