The fuel pressure regulator wiring on my vivaro has degraded right after the plug and come off.
I've dismantled the plug, it's pictured below. Either i need the whole assembly or just the replacement silver inserts.

Best place to find/identify such things?

RS Components website, itll be a few quid at most. You can buy p;ugs and pins. Get a decent gas solder iron and you'll be fine

Ah, apparently they are 'Super seal' connectors
tyco amp connectors id know them as but superseal is the same thing.

do you have the correct crimpers to crimp them, if not you could solder them and fold in the lugs with pliers worst case but the right crimpers do an perfect job of crimping them correctly, they crimp the cable and the sleeve which is importand and saves them breaking off again.
this is about as cheap as it gets for them.

that could get you away for plenty long enough soldering them.
im after giving 250 odd for a pair of crimpers to do smaller sized uninsulated terminals so at £20 they look like a gift for the std sizes but you might never use them again.
