Sourcing feed veg

How does one go about sourcing a few ton of a root veg for pig food?
Not interested in potatoes due to the necessary cooking, but other stuff ok.

Ideas?

Try one of the large veg box growers. I heard of an organic producer around here taking large amounts off a local company this way. Worth a try?

Why no spuds? Slightly different but we feed potato waste from Walkers factory to cattle, great price, delivered & easy to feed.

Pigs need them cooked to digest properly.

Never had any problem feeding raw tates to pigs.
Fatten sows outdoors on a bucket full each per day as well as feeding a good many to growers.
A bale or lump of reject silage dumped in the yard always goes down well in the absence of any other succulence.
In fact. Chuck them anything that's not poisonous for composting.
Half or even the only profit at times in pigs is their muck.
