Sovereignty

It’s an internet chat room. Add to that, it’s a farming forum, not really the place for serious political debate😂. More where to debate udder wash or such like
It’s a symptom of a boarder problem. Nobody listens. Oneupmanship rules and the discourse does not move forward. Pathetic and will see the end humanity in its current form. American democracy has 3 yrs left and what happens in America soon comes to Europe.

No, it’s not good.
But, if I had a serious interest in things political, as for eg @Danllan seems too, then I would look elsewhere than a farming forum for such discussions

The Polish people, unlike their British counterparts, will not allow their country to be hijacked by a rump right wing, orthodox conservative elite, disguising themselves as independent nationalists.

Oh dear. Mr. Coveney, is exactly the standard of politician, Boris could only aspire to be in his dreams. We don’t have many of them unfortunately, but as Boris, Davis, May, Frost and the DUP found out to their cost, Coveney turns up with his homework done, and double checked, before any important negotiation.
But hey, with a sophisticated, modern day proportional representation electoral system, you do need to be on your game, to keep your seat and stay in the game as long as Coveney has.
