Yep drilled a couple of weeks ago . now up in the row no rain but just like everything could do with a good drink . I will post a picture tomorrow of them .
Thank you. I've got a small area planted, they've been in 3 weeks or so and have started growing but very very slowly at the moment.

Mine have suddenly started to get a move on, gained quite a bit of height in the last 4 days. I was worried about the ground drying out so spun some prilled lime on then ring rolled the stubble twice with the levelling board down. This was to sweep the lime down the cracks and create a fine filth on the surface to stop the ground cracking to depth. Drilled in with the 750 the rolled again. It’s getting Pinnacle on Friday ( not in the heat of the day ) and the graminicide a week/ten days later.

That looks very promising Simon - has to be the best crop to deal with the drought I guess?

Looking at another thread where people are discussing soya imports, how's everyone's UK soya doing? Mine will not be breaking any records it's fair to say (given I wrote off last year's, and so have hopefully already set my lowest record!).

I thought I might be able to harvest it yesterday, but it's stubbornly refusing to die back enough... Has anyone harvested theirs yet? I think mine is at least a week away still.
