used that map in 2017, i have to say prob best map ive seen in that game but i tweaked some of the smaller fields into larger ones to make it more useable for big seeders etc and farmyard so you could drive straight through bale sell shed (not literally just made big open ended barn) for courseplay on bale sell, worked really well.

not bought 2019 they all just seem same, only got 2017 as it was in sale for a tenner!

I've tweaked every map I've played. Oakfield on FS19 has had nearly all fields expanded. Not so easy to alter the farm yards now, the buildings are in separate i3d files so they can be used as placeables in game. Keeps the console players happy.
Did you ever play The West Coast on FS17? That was a great map. Again, I merged fields to make them bigger and also changed location and layout of the main yard. Not sure we'll see as many good maps in FS19, a lot of modders have given up map making due to the changes Giants have made to appease console players.

Yes, Giants Editor is still free and comes with the game. I've edited maps since FS13 and you're right, that was probably the pinnacle of modding. Maps and mods being released all over the place for FS13.
It does seem to be diminishing now and has been since FS17, which is when they started making the changes for the gamers who play FS on console. I've not really got into FS19 as much as previous games, the lack of decent maps doesn't help.
Map editing has always been a big part of the game for me also, now it's not as easy, I tend to not bother playing as much. I think there's a whole lot of others who feel the same, hence the lack of maps and mods for the later versions of the game.

I was seriously into Medal Of Honour Pacific Assult, so much so I had over 4500 hrs game time. I was Admin of a clan and in charge of all the servers and website !.
Never go near a pc now tho, although I had been thinking about setting my old one up and getting back into Sniper Elite !.

I play with three other friends who I used to play actual spacehulk with. So it's ace. Mainly we just like shooting stuff.

Thanks to this thread I’ve been on farming simulator. I have even been into the ini file and made it so I have 5 million dollars so currently have a massive fleet of JCB fastrwcs, 5 x newholland combines, trucks, beer harvester and challengers
