Our Bomford hedge cutter is 22 years old and is starting to become a bit unreliable. Got a Spearhead topper which is well built and have heard good things about Shelbourne Reynolds back up. Looking for a ‘farmer’ spec machine, easy to use and reliable. Got dealers for both nearby but not averse to buying from further afield. Want 6m reach.

We have a shelborne more than happy with it, had a bolt break on the hydraulic roller back in sept, had it by post next day, previous machine was a McConnell needed a hydraulic ram, they couldnt supply one more weeks, got it from somewhere else in the end, had no complaints about the machine though.

Shelbourne are good machines we went from a 6m bomford to a 6m telescopic shelbourne ,you will need a good tractor on it to hold it down/

Cheers, I plan to stick with a 1.2m head.

Shelbourne 660T will tick all your boxes. Love mine. Can’t beat the Shelbourne guys for back up and generally having good old fashioned service. Ring Lee from Bells for a deal.

Had Shelbourne 865 for 3 years now. Really good machine to use, very few problems so far and find the company very helpful if needed. Will need a few bushes and bits by the end of this season but nothing major. Only criticism is it’s very heavy, not a problem as long as it’s going on a big enough tractor. Would buy another.
