You need to run a wire from pin 2 of the big connector on the back of the dashboard.
Then bridge this wire to earth with a 1ohm resistor.
Connect the other end to a convienient plug to plug your implement into. Most folk use the spare pins in the socket as mentioned above.
The just set your dash to Forward, pto, or engine speed and it should work a treat.
