Sports

At this moment they seem irrelevant but at some point they have to return, I see golf clubs in England are opening up again which will probably lead to golf tournaments returning, it will be difficult for sports to allow crowds or spectors at first.

Not sure why there is this mad dash to restart premier league football other than the fact clubs would have to repay Sky & BT £720m for an incompleted season ... and Liverpool would be denied their title (so there is one silver lining)

Not even sure that I’ve missed televised sport all that much either now I’ve duscovered You Tube

Talking off football it's been disgrace how they just dumped the non league game and they have plan to try Finnish the Premier league season, still few big decisions left ie scrapping the fa cup for season 2019_2020, or rather it doesn't have a winner in first time in its history

I enjoy football, but personally I don't care if leagues finished or not. The virus has showed how unimportant it is. It annoys me when its still reported on news.

Same with the weather.

I read once that football was too keep people's minds occupied and focused on other things, rather than anything important.

The so called bigger clubs in league one, plus one or two in the playoff positions are threatening legal action if the league isn’t completed . Totally selfish as it’ll cost every club around half a million in lost revenue and increase costs to play the last ten games .
League two seem to want their cake and eat it , as they have voted to finish the season, but still want play offs and no relegation

Some rugby is returning in new Zealand soon

In my head I have a money making tourist saving plan for NZ, assuming we stay at no more cases.
Turn Queenstown into a luxury quarantine resort then invite sports leagues that cant currently play in their own countries to come and run their seasons here and fulfil their TV contracts, play in front of fans etc.
Just needs a bit of organising and up front money.
anyone keen? (y) o_O

I think also sky would have to dole out about a billion to countrys around the world for non compleation of supply contract ,all other sports are in the same boat
