I've been building a spray bowser in my spare time. It's taken a while and most of the build pictures are on my old phone so I can't put then up yet!
However it's finished now so here's a few pictures of the finished article!
LED lights all round.
8000Ltr tank with baffle balls.
Space for 2x IBC's at the front.
Sprung drawbar
All new steel and components.
Air and oil brakes with load sensing.
Shunt valve
Handbrake
ABS sensors so we can add it if needed.
Super singles.
Mudwings.
Brackets for spray flaps if needed.
Extra large, bunded chemical locker with latch open doors.
Plumbed for a pump at the rear if needed.
Large gangway to access top of the tank if necessary with fold down access steps.
Extra large foot to stop sinking.
Rack for draining chemical cans and storage for 2 pipes.
Cage between tank and rear locker for carrying empty containers, bags of slug pellets etc.
The idea is it can be reversed into a gateway and sprayer noses up to the RHS. You've got the tank outlet, pump, all the chemicals at the rear in the same place. There's also a tank outlet at the front so it all drains out by gravity if dropped off the tractor.
