Sprayer bowser

We have just finished building this spray bowser/ mixer tank , first day out today on liquid fertiliser and apart from a few jubilee clips that needed a tweek all went well . Spraying is going to be loads quicker now not having to fold up and travel to to yard to fill up . The bowser can be filled (4000L ) in under 4 mins so can easily get back to any of our fields by the the time the sprayer is empty . The apprentice wasn't quite so cocky when he tripped over the hose .

I had a chassis from an old fridge so we chopped and stepped it so the chem locker does not sit to high

Very tidy,is the chemical locker bunded by any chance,my farm assurance guy gave me a fail point for mine,f ' ing jobs worth.
Got sprayer envy tho.

Thats mad. Chemical Delivery vans aren't bunded!

Chemical locker sir , no that's a dog kennel honest !!! No it's not bunded I think the same as Will they deliver the chem to us in curtain side lorries so why should we bund our trailers . As far as the sprayer goes we have a it of a love hate relationship , when everything is going ok it's great and I can cover some serious ground in a day BUT I have had my fair share of little annoying problems such as ends coming off hyd hoses or pipes chaffing nothing major at all but problems that you shouldn't get on a bit of kit that had lots of 0s in the price . But saying that the back up and support from JD is always faultless . Would I buy another ... I will let you know after a few thousand more hours .

@Bob lincs I wish I'd had thought about delivery vehicles when this waste of space had a go my bowser.
Thanks for the comments about the sprayer,hoping too up grade mine to one in the autumn.
