Sprayer filling pump

Looking to put an extra pump on sprayer for filling it has a 2” inch hyd centrifugal pump at moment which is a beast but not so good if the tank is on the ground so looking for an extra pump which will lift water better probably hyd driven. A pacer type any good?

We are having a workshop tidy up and have a spare 6 piston diaphragm pump that was kept as spare that i was about to get listed on tff classifieds

What would the flow rate on that be roughly? Eg how long to pump 4000 ltrs? Also how is it driven thanks

I do that zebbedee , hydraulic pacer , have feed and return hydrlcs on sprayer drawbar ,with diverter tap so can switch on and off , and have it plumbed so sprayer can suck with its own pump ,and pacer can fill from other tank at same time and send it up fast fill pipe i rigged up ..,or alter a tap and force feed spray pump and excess off pacer up fast fill into tank , , will send you pics to clear the mud ,

How long does it take? How bigs tank?

My tanks only 2k litres but can't fill it with chemicals before sprayer tank is full. Be putting 5 different chemicals in.

3700 brimmed , If doing round up and want all water in before water conditioner , fill fast as it will , will time it tommorow for you
If filling a cocktail ,just have pacer running steady while get chem in ,with sprayer on re circ ,then switch to suction ,so wash cans out with clean water ,
have 2 /5000, and a 3000 ,tanks

Are you making it portable or fixed on sprayer

it was for a Bateman rb35 - i “think” 500L/min but others may know better

hydraulic motor drive but i don’t t think there is a motor on it

pacer will pump from well below ground level even

i’ve pumped out of rivers 20ft plus below the pump before (not into a sprayer before someone gets upset and points out the obvious illegality of that !)

Piston diaphragms also self prime no problem
