To suppy and fit teejet auto section control to out berthoud with agp boom valvesDoes anyone know if its possible to get a cheap gps controller and pick up a simple voltage signal out of the loom to trigger relays to operate the sections on my sprayer. If so what type of gps unit would be required?
I wish i understood what you just said ?Any of the of the GPS manufacturers can do this, we use Trimble on ours.
If you are quite technically minded I’m sure you could pick up a GPS reciever, Arduino, relays etc for a fraction of the price of off the shelf and program it yourself.
Thats kind of what i had in mind but can i do it without the ez boom bit? Just straight off the gps into the relaysTrimble Ez guide 500 and Ez boom is what I use straight on to pneumatic solenoids but no reason you could put a relay on and then to valves
No ez boom is the switching bit I search far and wide for a simple system but had to collect up bits as and when they came up for sale currently just setting it up on my new to me Trailed sprayerThats kind of what i had in mind but can i do it without the ez boom bit? What sprayer are you currently running

Old multidrive with knight sprayer pack on thr back.
Doesnt the screen give the ez boom the signal to operate the solenoids? Was hoping to bypass all that with signals from the screen to trigger the relays to operate the solenoids, i guess im looking at it overly simplistically.
This has got 6 at the no but everything is the to go up to 8 but haven’t had time think all in its cost me £1500 to build
