Sprayer Nozzles

I bought a RAU 18m sprayer from a flower growers farm sale last year, I have a feeling i dont have the right nozzles for getting a higher water rate when spraying grassland.. any one tell me what nozzles i should have.

What nozzles do you have? The correct nozzle size will partly depend on what forward speed you are happy to use and also what spray pressure you are likely to use.

I’m going to stick my neck out here and prepare for some abuse, but I find it slightly worrying that you have bought a sprayer, and are obviously intending to use it , and you need to ask this question...

Google spray nozzle charts. The colours and rates are standard no matter whether it’s a low drift, flat fan etc. The tables will show what doses you get at different speeds and pressures.

It usually says ont nozzle . does on mine ,but I'm a simpleton .
