Advice please......
What would be the best all round low drift nozzle for spring cereal work ( fungicides , insecticides and herbicides ) . Prefer to work at approx 130 litre/ha. Thanks

Hi, I use a pressure based control box. Is the exray xc 03 a straight swap for a bbj 03 or do I need to recalibrate the control box?

Big question. What speed are you going at? What kind of products are you applying and what to? Spring Atlantis will be different from an ear wash.

I'd say Guardian Airs or Bubblejets. If you need to manipulate spray quality, just alter water volumes. If you want really low drift the Teejet TTIs or Lechler IDKs are worth a look.

The 03 means the same flow rate for both. The nozzles are mostly on a standard system where each colour gives the same flow rate at the specified pressure. You only need to recalibrate if the previous set are worn and you're fitting a new set. Still good practice to calibrate occasionally though you'll notice when the dose rates alter on spray jobs as they wear. Trace elements and suspensions are very abrasive.
