Situation Vacant Sprayer Operator / Skilled Farm Worker Full or Part Time

We're a diversified family farming business operating in South Lincs growing combinables, sugar beet, peas and potatoes alongside a pig enterprise.

As the business continues to evolve, we're looking for someone to become our lead sprayer operator on a full or part-time basis, either seasonally or year-round, on an employed or self employed basis.

I currently do all of our spraying and we're looking for someone to help do part or all of this workload so that I can spend more time on other new projects. You'd be operating a brand new trailed 36m Chafer sprayer, and if you wanted to could also operate our combine, potato harvester and drill.

We're really looking for the right person and to us that wouldn't matter if it was a semi-retired person who only wanted to work a few days a week for a few months of the year, or a full time person who wants the flexibility and work/life balance of a small family business.

PA1 and 2 essential and spraying experience preferred but training up someone new is definitely not out of the question.

Start date to be discussed but it could be ASAP or not until next spring, we're flexible.

PM or call on 07984 908504, thanks.
