It's the poor contractor that gets shouted at in the field. I just tell them to get them to phone me. Not the contractor's fault. No, dont blame the contractor.

I’m merely promoting debate..... personally if it was my house, I’d be annoyed. Not annoyed enough to complain but annoyed at having to clean my car ans windows again etc... my car is dusty about an hour after polishing it. I get mad, but hey I live in thr country and accept it. It’s just my opinion that’s allIf the neighbour fly tips he's breaking the law, he's also trespassing with intent to cause a nuisance. He's certainly not doing an act that's a part of his job.
A massive (20 million tonnes/year) open cast quarry opened a few years ago, near where I used to farm. Local residents had to prove that dust & noise was due to the quarry, the quarry manager said it could be due to "local farming activities"
Look through TFF, half the posters moan about incomers expecting picture postcard farming, the other half apologise for doing normal farming activities.
Bit rich getting annoyed , considering you make your living from agricultureI’m merely promoting debate..... personally if it was my house, I’d be annoyed. Or the customer could have dampened the lime seeing that the wind had changed.Down to the contractor to sort out. He could’ve stopped and said it was too windy.
That’s a valid point but when I’ve spent an hour polishing its hard not to! But” like I said” hey ho, I live in the countryside.Bit rich getting annoyed , considering you make your living from agriculture
If a sales person rocks up here in a gleaming motor alarm bells sound , if his or her car is covered in shite they're either lazy or very busy .That’s a valid point but when I’ve spent an hour polishing its hard not to! Buy like I said, hey ho, I live in the countryside.
Take pride in ones appearance is my moto.... each to their own.If a sales person rocks up here in a gleaming motor alarm bells sound , if his or her car is covered in shite they're either lazy or very busy .
The gleaming car could also be a indicator they take pride in things and are good at what they do.If a sales person rocks up here in a gleaming motor alarm bells sound , if his or her car is covered in shite they're either lazy or very busy .
If my wife wanted to impress with her motor she'd be cleaning it twice a day . cars get dirtyThe gleaming car could also be a indicator they take pride in things and are good at what they do.
I don't get the farmers problems with a rep having a nice vehicle thing.
Wish my wife was as dirty as her car!If my wife wanted to impress with her motor she'd be cleaning it twice a day . cars get dirty
They won't be able to keep up with the growth in their lawnsJust do what shaggy said.
It wasn't me. Prove it came from your field.
It drifts about with no wind if its fine lime. @Treg could explain the benefits.
Wish my wife was as dirty as her car!
Used to be a contractor .used to come across this all the time .The buck stops with the contractor . If you employed a contractor to do some spraying for you ,with some roundup (we Say) it wipes out your neighbours crop do you pay for it .No, dont blame the contractor.
