Spring barley is 7 weeks from harvest. Has ramularia present on 2nd and 3rd leaves.

Got 0.6 revystar to go on this week. Would that be enough to keep it at bay?

I’m sorry to say that it’s unlikely anything will keep it at bay if it’s on the other leaves.
Trials over here are showing relatively good (not as good as CTL) results from the combination of Revystar & Arizona (a bit synergistic) but I think it needs to go on as soon as all flag leaves are open.

I very much doubt that you will see a net return on investment. I would look at the product label to check that you can legally apply it this late.
