We are getting a 4m horsch demo drill tomorrow on a 4220. Will have to work directly into ploughing or no use for us.Haha aye it's a bit on the big side. Wanted a smaller one but that's what they gave me.

I do have a packomat in the weeds! I just can't see the point in working our ground in front of them. Unless you've thousands of acres to drill and going for 100 plus acres per day. Ph combi does it all in one run. We've no heavy land.It should do that ok. I wouldn't go back to a power harrow drill now. If you get a press for plough you can go a lot faster with drill.
