I know. But my point is that if it was on label surely residue work was done?
When the products were re-registered (I think for Annex 2), they did't do any work on the Oilseed residues. Chekker was on EAMU until 2014. MCPA &Chekker controls vol OSR- Linseed isn't a big enough market to warrant the cost for the work. As far as I'm aware there isn't the Oilseed data available for EAMUs of either products. I have thoroughly tried to get both back on EAMU and have hit problems both times.

I’m sure you have 👍 I was just surprised that if they had been on label that the work hadn’t been done but what i think you are saying is that no one did the additional work? But people did bother for ally?

Good point, that I cannot answer. Just an FYI Jubillee/Ally has had a label change, earliest applications from 1st of April for linseed.

It's the cost of doing the work and satisfying the EU/CRD for each crop or label change. Notwithstanding the EU's intent to remove as many products from the market as possible on the basis of equivalency (you have X so you don't need Y) and constant re-reregistration which costs companies a lot of money.

I can spray a wheat crop with CMPP for cleavers in March and feed the stuff as wholecrop to a cow in August but I can't use CMPP on grass because no residue data.

Less than 1% if Linseed growers get over a tonne to the acre. If you want to realistically grow it then budget on 0.6 tonne to the acre.

Also don’t pay £120 for seed.
Don’t grow on contract.

Check the varieties for yield performance and buy on a SEED only contract and then use farm saved seed and sell open market and then yes you may make some money, but not a lot!
