Spring Oats - Aphid Virus?

I've noticed a lot more red twisted leaves in my spring oats which will be put down to aphids / virus. Are these likely to be an issue in saving next year's seed / the following wheat crop? I'd say 3 to 5 percent are showing signs, fairly evenly over the fields. Third year of cereals with no insecticide. Seed is now fifth generation home saved.
