No. Boris Johnson, as successor to Teresa May, is the leader of the party which was invited by HM to form a Government. As such, he is the Prime Minister, and there is no rational argument to dispute his position.

Britain's system of Government is admired throughout the free world. But having said that, my greatest fear is that the Brexit Party will stand in opposition to the Conservative Candidates in the imminent? general election, split the leave vote, and allow Labour into Government.

In normal times, I would happily accept a Labour Administration, but times are not normal, and I fear that the next Labour Administration would be a very left-wing totalitarian regime. And add to that a Lib/Dem party which refuses to accept the result of a democratic vote it doesn't agree with.
With the Greens whinging in the background. :depressed:

The Greens will happily fall in with any bunch of chancers that promise them Nirvana.

So what, in your opinion, caused British lads to become worthless?

Well, I think it's being told that they can go to uni and then walk into a job on £25000 a year + company car.
Where's the work ethic these days?

School leavers who would have worked in factories and fields have been told that they are too good for this

You can live off benefits in the UK from cradle to grave.

I don't mean everyone is like this, but those with get up and go, have got up and went.

Thankyou for your sensible reply lbp.
When exam results were being talked about recently I was very glad to see apprenticeships being promoted.
Practical work alongside study is to be recommended imo.

Obviously careless, my defence is being old but dare I presume lads are relatively young and should therefore have their wits about them? ;)

I was thinking, I was pulling my hair out with these lads in the mid 90’s (gave up with them and did three years with “new age travelers” - oh my word!), so now they will be around 40!

But no, there was no sign at all that they had their wits about them, at that time
