Squire ultra scorch

[Headless chicken]

Sprayer a field for a customer with some squire. Pipe blew just as I was about to go into second field. Sorted then returned. First run of second field I’ve got scorch on one nozzle run. Typically where everyone sees it too!
Any ideas as to what would’ve caused this? Had it been on first field I’d of thought roundup residue but first field is absolutely fine

Air in the boom which resulted in a higher pressure perhaps
I’ve had it once this year moving from one field which was fine straight into another field and scorched it. The only thing I did was fold and unfold.
