Sse ovo take over issues

Anyone having trouble after ovo took over sse ?
Very slow paying fits.
Need photographic evidence of all export and roc meters and delay after delays.
I know meter person isn't visiting this year and different senario's to normal but they really awkward after sending normal readings every quarter as usual then delay payments ,then ask for photos of meters weeks later and then weeks after decide to pay on submitted readings NOT correct photo of meter readings as requested if you follow!
Use to be exellent to deal with.

I just got confirmation of my last claim today I gave them the readings and photos on the 21st of June but i expect it will be 3 months before they get round to paying it.

SSE are an absolute nightmare to deal with, having just one contact number for all enquiries which will be answered by the first call handfler to answer. They will then attempt to put you through to some one who knows what they are taliking about. It seems all staff are instructed to tell the caller that, yes they do know the substance of the enquiry but normally they have not got a clue what you are on about and it is absolute pot luck which of the hundreds of different personnel they put you through too. Then in turn the next one will do the same.

if you can , always upload either a picture of the meter reading or independent evidence such as an on line meter report.
The FIT supplier has 3 months to pay the account under Ofgem rules
Another pet hate of mine is the FIT suppliers are trying to bring forward the reporting date, it was virtually universally the last day of the month, but now many are at latest 25th. Ofgem rules say you have until the 7th. of the next month, but most suppliers now close their window

SSE was and has been great to be fair it's the migration to OVO energy has been a nightmare made with one email address to 1 account number.
Allegedly FIT 's microgeneration with SSE has NOT migrated yet and if it does ONLY some possibly???

Always take photographic evidence over 3 yrs now of all accounts and meters anyhow.

We were transferred over to OVO energy for our domestic tariff last year. All good until now, apart from being slow in paying, but the last cheque has has been returned unpaid by their bank (Barclays) with the reason being cited as “payment stopped “.
I have done some Googling but can’t see any mention of money problems with them.
Have sent an email to OVO and will await their reply.
Anybody had problems?
 
SSEwere excellent with their FITS payments ,read meter end of quarter pay within 10 days.
OVO however inform us they will take 8weeks after quarter end to pay not as SSE contract question whether can do this under OFGEM terms as total credit time is exceeded.
Having a supply contract from them which is paid monthly would mean we are financing them !!!!!

Anyone received ANY MONEY off OVO yet?
Submitted quarterly meter readings in since they took over SSE , acknowledged received readings ,one minute say pay within set timeframe then get emails saying addresses not on their data base then get back stating meter photographs all ok and nothing needed until 2026 then more emails state not paying until JUNE now????😡😡😡😡

Most useless company ever invented!

OVO are the worst company I have ever delt with, do not know what customer service is, do not know how to present an invoice so it can be easily understood & all they ever do is to demand money and they never produce any statements. Do not pay them by direct debit as they will try to take more than they are entitled to.
If they owe you money ask them to set up paying you by DD & see what happens, all they are is rip of merchants! Steer well clear of this company!
