Never dealt with him I bother to turn page and read it. Look on his website some times see stuff that says sold. Never seen a thread on here that says someone's had a problem and he's not sorted it or the machine that turned up is a different to the one they bought. Or that heç bought straw in swath and didn't pay. So if worst you hear about him is his ads upside down then I think he must be a pretty deceunt chap.

Does anyone bother to read their adverts in the press
Buggered if I`m going to turn whatever i am reading upside down to see what they have for sale
On the upside I'm glad for you that you have so little problems in your life that turning a paper upside down is such a issue. Do some of the people on here that put pictures up on there side irritate you too?

George is spot on yes a character but totally straight and honest to deal with and just trying to differentiate himself from the other adverts by bringing a bit of his brand of humour to the job by not taking himself too seriously but he is nobodies fool just enjoys a laugh. Afterall it’s generated this thread and so far nobodies been rude about how he operates just his brand of marketing so can’t be bad!

Yes, and I've never heard of him before and now I've been for a good nose round his website, looks to have some handy stuff.

Slight annoyance is the amount of stuff on there that says sold, takes up time unnecessarily to look at it before you realise, then frustrating when you see something you'd have but its gone.....

Once you see the first item with sold on don't go any further in that category, all what's forsale comes first

I seem to remember another dealer doing the funny descriptions in ads quite some time ago, think it was a Bob Holmes from Staffordshire, can’t say I’ve seen one of his ads for some years now though
