I recognised her voice from another programme. It's a refreshing change to hear someone as erudite being given room to speak and elaborate on what is involved in our food chains right from the grass roots (if it's food from nature, that is).
Yes, I'll look for her books.

The problem is a lack of factoid soundbites to flick into more popular media streams to inform a younger-ish audience.
